1. Weather outlook
Models show that Taiwan will be affected by stationary Meiyu front before the middle of the first week. Brief showers or thunderstorms and locally heavy rainfall may occur all over Taiwan. After that, Taiwan will mainly affected by the Pacific subtropical high until the middle of the second week. The Meiyu front will move northward and the weather will tend to be stable in Taiwan. At the end of the second week, the Meiyu front may move southward again. Because of the model's limited predictability during the Meiyu season, please pay attention to the latest weather reports issued by CWB all the time.
a). Jun3~Jun9 : The mean temperature and accumulative precipitation of this week has the smallest probability of being below normal.
b). Jun10~Jun16 : The mean temperature and accumulative precipitation of this week are most likely to be near normal all over Taiwan.
c). Jun3~Jun30 : Both of mean temperature and accumulative precipitation of these four weeks have the largest probability of being near normal all over Taiwan.
