三、SHIP SURVEY（15 分）
The following damage was found:
1. Tank top 12 m abaft bulkhead and 7 m inboard of port shell plating
shallow indent 100 × 120 × 10 mm.
2. 4th frame for’d of bulkhead - flange bent in two places over 400 mm
length.
3. After bulkhead - numerous indentations (say 100) to max. depth 20 mm.
4. Port aft and for’d bulkhead sounding pipes - 2 protective straps torn off
each end.
5. Mast house between Nos. 2 & 3 hatches - numerous dents, including
sharp dent to 15 mm depth and 3 new scars 20 × 20 × 5 mm.
